WOODBINE RACETRACK
The Challenge We Took On
Woodbine Racetrack wanted to promote the King’s Plate as a cultural moment, not just a race.
In partnership with Stella Artois, the goal was to engage both on-site attendees and digital audiences through organic and paid social, influencer collaboration, and a live podcast experience that felt elevated but still authentic. The challenge was producing a seamless live podcast recording in a high-energy venue while preserving the Playing House Podcast’s intimate, flirty, and conversational dynamic. At the same time, the event needed to integrate brand partners naturally and deliver content that could live well beyond race day.
The Impact We Made
Symal Creative led end to end production for a live Playing House Podcast recording inside the Stella Artois Lounge at Woodbine Racetrack. We handled live event podcast production, multi camera filming, cinema-grade audio, and audience engagement design to ensure the experience landed for both the room and the camera. Influencers were activated on site to amplify the event across organic and paid social, while brand integrations were woven seamlessly into the set design and on-mic conversation. Following the event, our team produced high-performing short-form video content and podcast clips that extended the life of the campaign across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid placements. The result was a multi touchpoint campaign that blended live experience, creator led storytelling, and vertical first content to position the King’s Plate as a must attend cultural moment.
