Each member of our team has had their life touched by cancer in some way. That lived experience shapes how we show up and why we care. We do not take this work or these partnerships for granted.

Symal was built out of lived experience.

Our CEO and co-founder, Kolter Bouchard, is a two-time cancer survivor. That journey reshaped how we see communication, urgency, and impact. It clarified what matters and what does not.

Before launching Symal, Kolter spent over a decade in international broadcasting, connecting with audiences across Canada, the United States, and the Middle East. He helped lead large-scale campaigns, including a Guinness World Record-setting broadcast that blended creativity and public engagement.

Our co-founders Kolter and Dominique, are also viral content creators with following of more than 1.5 million people. Together, they understand how to capture attention, tell stories that resonate, and create content that spreads.

That blend of broadcast expertise, creator intuition, and performance-driven storytelling shaped Symal into what it is today. A culture-first creative agency that works closely with medical organizations, charities, and brands that care deeply about the people they serve.
