The Challenge We Took On
Este Nove, a leading hair transplantation clinic in Istanbul, partnered with Symal to grow their brand awareness among North American men.
The challenge required more than traditional advertising. Hair loss is a deeply personal experience, and for men who have faced chemotherapy, it carries an added layer of identity and vulnerability. Symal needed to develop a social-first content strategy that could build genuine trust, reach a highly targeted audience, and position Este Nove as the destination for men ready to reclaim their confidence.
The Impact We Made
Symal launched a branded podcast episode on Playing House where co-founder Kolter Bouchard openly shared his experience with hair loss following chemotherapy, opening an honest conversation about male vulnerability and relationships. From there, Kolter and Dominique travelled to Istanbul for the hair transplant procedure itself, producing a short-form video series documenting the full patient experience on location, a follow-up branded podcast episode featuring the Este Nove lead surgeon, and promotional social media content for Este Nove's own channels.
Across all influencer content and branded video shared on our personal channels, the campaign generated 784,200 views, 32,980 likes, 463 comments, 935 saves, and 694 shares, proving that when community-driven storytelling leads the strategy, audiences do more than watch. They connect.
